- All original work product, creative assets, and deliverables become the property of the client only upon full payment of all outstanding invoices related to that project.
- We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, marketing materials, and on our Website unless a separate non-disclosure agreement specifies otherwise.
- Third-party assets (stock photography, licensed software, etc.) remain subject to their original licenses.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Eminence Africa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Website or our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
